纳米固色剂 ZD-566 是新一代应用在牛仔系列的专用助剂，可与染料构成不溶于水的大分子化合物，从而提高染色物的耐水洗色牢度及摩擦牢度。适用于棉、麻、粘胶等固色处理。

外观：淡黄

离子性：阳离子

PH值：6 左右（1%水溶液）

溶解性：与水互溶

3. 特性及优点:

☆ 不含游离甲醛或结合甲醛，符合环保要求；

☆ 对色织物的耐水洗和摩擦等色牢度有明显提升；

☆ 不影响染色织物的手感及亲水性。

☆ 基本不影响织物色光。

4. 应用范围:

棉、麻、粘胶等纤维染色、印花后的固色处理。

5. 参考用量：

纳米固色剂 ZD-566   5-15g/L

注：纳米固色剂 ZD-566 的用量需视染色织物颜色深浅而作调整，深色需提高，浅色可降低。

6. 注意事项：

一般情况下，不可与阴离子助剂同浴使用。

7.包装和储存：

125kg 塑料桶装。

置于阴凉通风仓库，贮存期为 6 个月。

Nano-fixing Agent ZD-556

1. Brief introduction：

The Nano-fixing agent ZD-566 is a new generation of special addictive used in denim series. It can form water-insoluble macromolecule compounds with dyes, thus improving the washing fastness and rubbing fastness of dyes. It is suitable for the color fixing of cotton, linen and viscose.

2. Basic traits：

Appearance: Light yellow

Ionicity:Cation

PH value:Around 6 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:Soluble with water

3.Characteristics and advantages：

It does not contain free formaldehyde or combined formaldehyde, which meets the environmental requirements.

The color fastness to washing and rubbing of dyed fabrics is improved obviously.

It does not affect the handle and hydrophilicity of dyed fabrics.

It does not affect the color of the fabric.

4. Application range：

Fixing treatment after dyeing and printing of cotton, linen and viscose fibers

5. Suggested dosage：

Nano-fixing agent ZD-556   5-15g/L

Note: The amount of nano-fixing agent ZD-566 should be adjusted according to the color demand of the dyed fabric. The dosage should be enhanced for dark colored fabric and reduced for light colored fabric.

6. Note：

Normally, it can’t be used in the same bath with anionic auxiliaries.

7. Package and storage：

Plastic barrel/125kg.

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse for shelf life of 6 months.
