渗透剂 ZD-128 是多种表面活性剂复合物，具有优良的耐碱渗透性及乳化、分散和洗涤能力，可用于在高浓度碱性条件下的渗透剂及牛仔片染、束染助剂。本品无磷、不含 APEO 及烷基苯磺酸等不环保组分，符合环保要求。

☆ 耐高浓度烧碱，耐碱稳定性好，无泡。

☆ 具有优良的乳化、分散和洗涤能力。

碱性条件下要求渗透的工序；

牛仔片染、束染加工。

Penetrating Agent ZD-128

1. Brief introduction:

The penetrating agent ZD-128 is a kind of surfactant compound, with excellent alkali resistance, permeability, emulsifying, dispersing and washing ability. It can be used as penetrating agent in high alkaline concentration, and as addictive for denimslashing and rope dyeing. The product has no phosphorus, no APEO and alkyl benzene sulfonic acid, thus, meeting the requirement of environmental protection.

PH value:6.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:Soluble with water

3. Characteristics and advantages:

☆ It is resistant to high concentrated caustic soda, possessing good alkali resistance and bubbles free.

☆ It has excellent alkali resistance at room temperature and above 80℃.

☆ It has excellent emulsifying, dispersing and washing ability.

A process requiring penetration under alkaline conditions 

Denim slashing and rope dyeing

Penetrating agent ZD-128    5-12 g/L

Note：The dosage can be adjusted according to the requirement of different process.
