耐碱高浓渗透剂 ZD-138 是多类特种表面活性剂的复合物，具有优良的耐碱渗透性、乳化、分散和洗涤能力，更具有高温条件下渗透的效果。ZD-139 具有很高的助染性，能提高染色的上染率，是牛仔染色的首选助剂。

PH值：6.0-8.0（1%水溶液）

溶解性：与水互溶

3.特性及优点:

☆ 耐 150 g/L 高浓度烧碱，耐碱稳定性好。

☆ 具有优良的乳化、洗涤能力，能明显提高纱线的白度与毛效。

☆ 具有特强的抑泡能力与分散力，防止轧染时有效阻止粘辊现象。

☆ 具有很强的助染性，提高染色上染率。

4.应用范围:

碱性条件下要求渗透的工序。

前处理时与螯合分散剂同浴使用效果更佳。

纤维素纤维及其混纺织物连续轧蒸、练漂及冷轧堆加工。

经轴轧染渗透 ZD-138      3-6 g/L

棉织物前处理 ZD-138     4-8 g/L

注：具体用量根据工艺要求的不同可作调整

6.包装和储存:

125kg 塑料桶装。

置于阴凉通风仓库，贮存期为 12 个月。

Penetrating Agent ZD-138

1. Brief introduction:

The penetrating agent ZD-138 is a compound of special surfactants. It has excellent alkali permeability, emulsifying, dispersing and washing ability, and has the effect of penetration under high temperature. ZD-139 has high dyeing assisting effect and can improve dyeing uptake. It is the preferred assistant for denim dyeing.

Appearance: Colorless transparent to light yellow

PH value:6.0-8.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:Soluble with water

3.Characteristics and advantages:

It is resistant to 150g/L high concentration caustic soda with excellent stable alkali resistance.

It has excellent emulsifying and washing ability and can obviously improve the whiteness and capillary effect of yarn.

It has strong anti-foaming ability and dispersing force to prevent roll sticking during pad dyeing.

It has strong dyeing assisting effect and improves dyeing uptake.

4.Application range:

A process requiring penetration under alkaline conditions.

Pretreatment with chelating dispersant in the same bath produces better effect.

Continuous steam, bleach and cold-roll process for cellulose fiber and its blended fabrics.

5.Recommended amount:

Pad dyeing penetration through axle      ZD-138, 3-6g/L

Cotton fabric pretreatment         ZD-138, 4-8g/L

Note ： The specific amount can be adjusted according to different process requirements.

6.Package and storage:

Plastic barrel/125kg.

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse for shelf life of 12 months.
