3. 应用特点:

使用丝光净洗剂 ZD-191 煮炼后成布纱线清晰度提高，毛羽减少，纹理也呈现纵横交错笔直。其色牢度也相应增加，尤其是湿摩牢度提升 0.5级以上。颜色深度增加，减少染料成本。色光上呈现出青光特性，具有压红光提靓色的效果。如配合增艳洗涤剂 ZD-585 同时使用于靛蓝染色会呈现出艳兰的水洗效果；如使用在硫化黑染色上能明显提高水洗牢度，更能使硫化黑乌黑发亮。使用丝光净洗剂 ZD-191 后的成布其手感也更柔软。

丝光净洗剂 ZD-19/15-8 克升

渗透剂 ZD-139/5 克升

片碱 5-8 克升，50-55 度煮炼。

5. 包装和储存:

25kg 牛皮纸包装。

置于阴凉通风仓库，注意防潮避免阳光直射。贮存期为 6 个月。

Mercerizing Detergent ZD-191

1. Brief introduction：

The mercerizing detergent ZD-191 is the pretreatment addictive for yarn.

2. Basic traits：

Appearance:White crystal

Component:Sodium salt polymer

PH value:6-8 (1% solution)

Solubility:Soluble in water

3. Application characteristics：

After boiling with mercerizing detergent ZD-191, the yarn clarity becomes clearer, its hairiness decreases and texture appears crisscrossed and straight. The color fastness also enhances correspondingly, especially the wet rubbing fastness increased by more than 0.5 grades. The increased color shades help reduce the cost of dyes. The color shows the characteristics of blue light, with the effect of pressing red light to improve the indigo. If it is used in indigo dyeing with the brightening detergent ZD-585, the washing effect of brilliant blue will appear; if used in sulfur black dyeing, the washing fastness will be improved obviously, and the sulfur black will appear more shining. The finished fabric with mercerizing detergent ZD-191 also has a softer handle.

4. Recommended amount：

The mercerizing detergent ZD-191, 15-8 gram per liter

The penetrant ZD-139, 5 gram per liter

The caustic soda, 5-8 gram per liter, and 50-55 degrees scouring.

5. Package and storage：

Kraft paper packaging/25kg.

Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse, avoid moisture and direct sunlight,for shelf life of 6 months.
