显色剂 ZD-521 由特殊化合物复配而成，主要用于硫化染色时的氧化显色。改善红矾氧化法的各种缺陷，更加环保。同时亦可用于还原、靛蓝染色的氧化显色。

外观：透明至微黄

PH 值：8.0-9.0（1％水溶液）

溶解性：可用水以任何比例稀释

3. 特性及优点:

☆ 提高布面光洁度，保持织物有良好的亲水性及手感；

☆ 用无铬氧化剂氧化后布面无“酸味”；

☆ 氧化工艺易控制，不会造成过度氧化；

☆ 保持与红矾氧化相当的色牢度。

硫化、还原染料染色时的氧化显色

注：使用时用冰醋酸调节 PH 值 3.5-4.

Chromogenic Agent ZD-521

1. Brief introduction:

The chromogenic agent ZD-521 is made from special compounds and is mainly used for oxidative coloring in sulfur dyeing. It improves various defects of alum oxidation process in more environmentally friendly approach. It can also be used to reduce the indigo dyeing.

2. Basic traits:

Appearance:Colorless transparent to light yellow

PH value:8.0-9.0 (1% aqueous solution)

Solubility:Diluted with water at any ratio

3. Characteristics and advantages:

☆ It can improve the surface finish, keep good hydrophilicity and handle of the fabric;

☆ The surface of the cloth oxidized with chromium-free oxidizer has no "sour odor".

☆ The oxidation process is easy to control, without causing excessive oxidation.

☆ It can keep the same color fastness as alum oxidation.

Oxidation coloration during vulcanization and vat dyeing

Note: Adjust the pH value 3.5-4 with glacial acetic acid when using it.
